業務内容	■ミッション：・全社のデジタルコンプライアンスにおける課題解決をリードすることで全社のデジタルトランスフォーメーションとビジネスの加速を後押しする ■仕事内容：・法規制動向など外部環境および全社デジタル戦略など社内環境を踏まえたデジタルコンプライアンスの方針策定・社内でのデジタルコンプライアンスに関するリテラシー向上の施策立案・実行（社内トレーニング、情報提供用のイントラサイトの運営・強化等）・ビジネス部門のプロジェクトへのデジタルコンプライアンスに関するコンサルティング・デジタルコンプライアンス委員会の事務局運営・デジタルコンプライアンスの推進組織機能の強化・拡大の施策立案・実行・Rocheグループのカウンターパートとの協力体制の強化等 ■Mission: Supporting company wide digital transformation and business acceleration by leading the solution of company wide digital compliance issues ■Job Description: Formulation of digital compliance policy in consideration of external environment such as legal and reguratory trends and internal environment such as company wide digital strategy Planning and executing measures to improve literacy related to digital compliance（In house training Operation / strengthening of intranet to provide information and etc.） Consultation on digital compliance in projects in the business organization Operating the secretariat of the Digital Compliance Committee Planning and execution of measures to strengthen and expand organizations and functions of digital compliance Strengthening cooperation with Roche Group counterparts etc
求める経験	■求める経験：少なくとも以下のいずれか一つに該当すること・個人情報保護法、またはGDPR対応の業務経験・ITシステム監査、CSV（computerized system validation）の業務経験・製薬企業の信頼性保証部門（GxP対応部門）における業務経験・事業会社の企画部門やコンサルティングファームにおける業務設計・改善の業務経験・事業会社の法務部門や弁護士事務所における法務上の課題解決・方針策定の業務経験・製薬・医療機器メーカーにおけるデジタルトランスフォーメーション推進の業務経験・製薬企業のR D系部門（研究、開発、MA、安全性等）における業務経験 ■求めるスキル・知識・能力：（必須）一般的なITリテラシー（文書作成、表計算、プレゼンテーションソフト等）（必須）基礎的な問題解決能力（問題を定義し課題に分解、打ち手を検討し実行する能力）（あれば尚可）製薬企業のバリューチェーンと業務に関する知識（あれば尚可）個人情報保護法・GDPR・研究倫理指針に関する知識（あれば尚可）製薬企業におけるCSVに関する知識（あれば尚可）ゲノムデータ、治験データ、RWDなど製薬企業の扱うデータに関する知識（あれば尚可）機会学習、AI、IoT、MDaSなど先進的なデジタルに関する知識 ■求める行動特性：・ステイクホルダーに対する真摯・誠実な態度を貫きつつも、会社にとって最適な結果を実現するために主張すべき時は主張し、ステイクホルダー間の合意形成を粘り強く推進する・コンプライアンスの遵守とビジネスの推進という相互に相反する可能性がある二つの観点を考慮し、バランスの取れた検討・意思決定をリードする・自身のスキル・知識の範疇では解決できない問題に直面した際に、社内外の協力者・専門家に適切な支援を請うことで問題解決を推進できる ■Required Experience: At least one of the following Work experience related to Act on the Protection of Personal Information or GDPR Work experience in IT system audit CSV （computerized system validation） Work experience in quality reguratory and GxP compliance of pharmaceutical companies Experience in business design / improvement in the planning department or consulting firm Experience in legal issues resolution and policy formulation in the legal department or law firm Experience in promoting digital transformation at pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers Work experience in R D departments （research development MA safety etc.） of pharmaceutical companies （Required） General IT literacy （documentation spreadsheet presentation etc.）（Required） Basic problem solving ability （ability to define a problem break it down into problems examine moves and execute them）（Optional） Knowledge of pharmaceutical com ……（以下詳細は面談時にご案内します）
