■WHAT YOU’LL DO
A professional technical position within the Abbott IT Infrastructure Services Team responsible for entry to mid systems administration research planning design and support of enterprise technologies telephony networking unified communication systems services and solutions across multiple technology providers. Responsible for timely interaction with customers of the platform peer technologists and the UC management team.
■Core Job Responsibilities
・ Assists with the plans and designs of innovative unified communications and platform infrastructure solutions.
・ Participates in efforts to define standards in specific areas of expertise including the development and recommendation proposal.
・ Serves as the technical subject matter expert and provides consulting support to Division IT and end user organizations.
・ Produces and maintains timely accurate engineering implementation operations documentation.
・ Applies experience to improve functional area business processes or compliance. Leverages tools to enhance functional area productivity.
・ Participates in bridging the gap between technology disciplines. Integrates knowledge of technical standards with communication leadership and business skills.
・ Participates in establishing technology specific vision and strategy. Participates in the development of Abbott Security policies as applicable to area of expertise. Participate in on call rotation

・ Delivers technology solutions and works on medium complex technical problems and provides innovation solutions.
・ Works under management direction to achieve organization objectives uncover and resolve issues. Assignments are typically self initiated; individual is self directed.
・ Supports Abbott Operations Worldwide. Demonstrates a strong customer centric approach an empathy for global cultural differences and excellent communications skills.
・ Responsible for compliance with all applicable policies procedures and industry best practices.
・ Serve as technical subject matter expert and provide consulting support to the business and end user organizations.
・ Produce and maintain timely accurate engineering documentation to support implementation operations support and quality/compliance requirements.
・ Frequently interacts with supplier technical staff to maintain services in support of business requirements.
|求める経験||■EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
・Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a technology or management discipline
・5+ years with Avaya PBX technology Cisco voice systems and voice networks
・Hands on experience with Avaya Communication Manager Avaya Application Enablement Services Avaya Session Manager Cisco Call Manager Cisco UCS platform Cisco IOS gateways and Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
・Experience working with SIP （Trunking Protocols and communication methods）
・Demonstrated experience with local and long distance carrier circuits configuration and routing including management of toll free and DID numbers
・Working knowledge of Basic Cisco IP networking and QOS as it applies to voice and contact center applications
・Experience with Microsoft Teams integration
・Phone Configuration tracing call routes Support Tools
・Strong documentation skills
・Ability to manage and prioritize complex changing workloads in a challenging technical environment.
・Capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies and apply that knowledge to current efforts and plans especially cloud based solutions provided by external partners and suppliers.
・Telecommunication and Ticket resolution background
・Remedy Service Now or any other ticketing system
・Proactive and self motivated approach able to work independently
