Solution Architecture Manager（L1）, Technology NEW ! Job description To maximize the value from the AXA Japan information technology, and simplify IT Landscape by applying IT architecture disciplines ・to effectively align the business transformation across tribe（s） with business, IT strategy and the Group Platform strategy ・To identify key business capability gaps, reduce transformation waste and duplication ・To ensure the strategic and business planning processes address capability gaps within the tribe ・To provide hands-on architecture and solution guidance to squad architect （=solution architects） embedded in the tribe（s） to target IT architecture roadmap and standards. The scope of the position is for the three AXA entities in Japan （AXA Life, AXA Direct, AXA Direct Life）. The person is an architecture transversal & leadership team member. | 求める経験 | ・8年以上のIT経験 ・5年以上の全体的なアーキテクチャー統制に関わる経験。（業務アプリケーションおよびソリューションデザイン） ・保険業界の経験が望ましい ・優れたコミュニケーション能力とテクニカルスキルを保持すること。 ・プロジェクトマネジメントとソフトウェア開発プロセス（デザイン・ビルド・テスト・チェンジ・リリース）に対する高い理解 ・必須：ビジネスレベルの日本語能力 ・ビジネスレベルの英語スキルが望ましい。 |
