| 仕事内容 |
INTRODUCTION： We are looking for skillful accountant for the financial analysis and manufacturing accounting. We expect that this position is primary focusing on the accounting analysis of financial statement regularly for all Celanese affilicated companies in Japan, suggestng the optimized financial structures and appropriate management (plant) accounting in addition to handle the daily accounting matters as a member of contolership team. The advanced knowledes in Japan & US GAAP and the basic knowledge of Japanese corporate tax treatment are preferable. ROLE DEFINITION： Responsible to analyze GL accounts in the financlial statements and clearly explain the details, suggest appropriate action plans to manage them in accordance with the company policy/target for all Celanese affiliated legal entities in Japan. Properly manage the plant cost components, flow and cost allocation scheme in the plant as well as supporting plant colleagues on point of view accountant. Work closely with stakeholders such as country & regional controller, the pant manager and collaboration with the shared service center to achieve the objectives. Generally, the position requires the advanced user knowledge and skill to use SAP, Excel and presentation. Furthermore, it also needs to follow the policies of controllership, accounting policies and practice as well as the preparation of financial statements to comply with US and statutory GAAP.
